Scheduling optimization of wind-solar power generation system based on Power to Gas

Abstract

Storage technology and consumption technology can reduce the amount of abandoned wind and sunlight, improve the utilization of new energy, and reduce cost. Firstly, this paper describes the role of P2G (Power to Gas) technology in the field of new energy consumption, then builds the economic cost-optimal day-ahead optimal dispatch model based on a microgrid, examining the ability of P2G devices to consume new energy. Finally, three different scenarios are applied in the example for verification. The calculation example proves that P2G devices have a good effect in the field of scenery consumption and reduce the cost of the microgrid.
