Abstract. The article analyzes the main reasons for the development of high-rise building construction the most important of which-is a limitation of the urban areas and, consequently, the high price of land reserved for construction. New engineering and compositional solutions for the creation of new types of buildings are considered -complex technical designs of a large number of storeys completely meet the new requirements for safety and comfort. Some peculiarities of designing high-rise buildings and searching for optimal architectural and planning solutions are revealed since, with external architectural simplicity, high-rise buildings have complex structural and technological and space-planning solutions. We consider the specific features of a high-rise housing in various countries around the world, including Russia, such as the layout of the multi-storey residential buildings, depending on the climatic characteristics of the regions, assessment of the geological risk of the construction site, the choice of parameters and functional purpose of the sections of the territory of highrise construction, location of the town-planning object for substantiating the overall dimensions of the building, assessment of changes aeration and engineering and hydrological conditions of the site. A special place in the article on the problems of improvement of the territory, the device of courtyards, landscaping, the device of playing and sports grounds. The main conclusion in the article is the following problem -when developing highrise housing construction, the development of high-rise housing, and an increase in the population density in the territory of large cities of Russia, necessary to create a comfortable and safe level of residents living and not a decrease, but an improvement in the quality of the urban environment.

A Fuzzy Logic Algorithm for Optimizing the Investment Decisions within Companies

As companies operate in a competitive environment, where the struggle for survival on the market is rather tough, the top management face new challenges to identify methods, and even techniques, which allows it to select from the market those assets that provide an optimal ratio between the acquisition cost and the economic performance. In this context, a fuzzy logic managerial decision tool for the assets acquisition is proposed with the paper. The algorithm has three main components: the matrix of the membership degree of the existing bids to asset selection criteria, using fuzzy triangular numbers; the vector of the global membership degree of the bids to the selection criteria and the maximum of the global membership degree as an inference operator for establishing the validated bids by the algorithm. Two scenarios of asset acquisition were tested. After simulations, it was determined that the proposed fuzzy logic managerial decision tool combines, with very good results, the acquisition cost of the assets with their economic performance.

Abstract. Lots of documents governing the construction, urban planning and territory improvement have been enacted a long while ago and basically give little consideration to changes going on and current state of affairs. They are mainly related to the average cost of living in the country. This necessitates the development of a methodical base of increasing the output of the work of construction. The basic criteria for the evaluation of the appeal of objects while constructing are high-rise complexes. A method for the calculation of land needs for the general plan of an investment construction project with a yard (or condominium). The research carried out showed that urban planning standards are not really stuck to, i.e. should be. On top of that, the objections of land adjoining property are the painfully missing.
