Scenario Reduction for Long-term Hydropower Scheduling using Shape-based Block Decomposition

Abstract: <p>This paper proposes a framework consisting of a forepart precursor and the Scenario Fan Problem (SFP) for long-term hydropower scheduling, using shape-based feature extraction.
