Abstract:Case:
A 29-year-old young active man with ununited necrosed proximal fifth of scaphoid with chronic scapholunate ligament disruption was managed by excision of proximal pole fragment and interosseous scapholunate reconstruction using modified Brunelli triple ligament tenodesis technique with satisfying outcome at 6 months and return to sports instructor job by the end of 1 year.
