Abstract:Scapholunate dissociation is the most common carpal instability. We are presenting an interesting case of a 24yr old male with scapholunate instability following trauma. Appropriate investigations were done and surgical intervention was done on the same day. The ruptured ligaments were repaired and bony components scapholunate and scaphocapitate were corrected and fixed.
