Scanning Transmission Ion Microscopy and Diffraction Imaging

Abstract: In this paper we investigate the possibility of applying the "ORION" (ZeissSMT : Peabody, MA) Helium ion scanning microscope (HIM) to imaging in the scanning transmission mode of operation.
