Scanning electron mirror microscopy

Abstract: The principles, instrument designs, and applications of electron mirror microscopy are reviewed. The capability of this technique for direct imaging of topographical surface structures as well as electrostatic and magnetic surface strayfields is demonstrated by a number of examples.
