rhis is the Fiscal Year 1995 Annual Report on the progress of activities relating to the application of scanning electron microscopy in addressing the Ferrocyanide safety Issue associated with Hanford Site high-level radioactive waste tanks. ;tatus of the FY 1995 activities directed towards establishing facilities capable of iroviding SEM based micro-characterization of ferrocyanide tank wastes is described. \ summary of key events in the SEM task over FY 1995 and target activities in 'Y 1996 are presented.
