Scalable Syntheses and Biological Evaluation of Africane‐Type Sesquiterpenoids

Abstract: Practical total syntheses of africane-type sesquiterpenoids were realized by reexamination of a divergent strategy employing optimized three-component coupling followed by ring-closing metathesis and substratecontrolled cyclopropanation.
