Abstract:The innovative spin-to-charge conversion devices, such
as magneto-electric
spin–orbit (MESO) logic devices, can seamlessly transform spin
signals into electrical charge, revolutionizing data processing and
storage technologies. The realization of the MESO devices has been
hindered by the limited signal response of the ferromagnetic spin
state readout via the inverse spin Hall (ISH) effect. This paper presents
a novel T-shaped W/CoFeB ISH nanodevice with excellent scalability.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
