Scalable fabrication of nanopores in membranesviathermal annealing of Au nanoparticles

Abstract: Thermal annealing of Au nanoparticles enables the scalable fabrication of isolated nanopores on a Si3N4 membrane, with adjustable dimensions and distribution density.
