Scalable Coding and Wireless Streaming of Lecture Videos for Mobile Learning

Abstract: Mobile learning demands real-time transmission of lecture videos to mobile users over wireless networks. However, wireless video streaming is challenging due to the dynamic change of network bandwidths and the variety of mobile devices.
