SBA-15 mesoporous silica particles loaded with cisplatin induce senescence in B16F10 cells

Abstract: Nanoparticles obtained by loading of cisplatin into mesoporous silica SBA-15 (SBA-15|CP) change the phenotype of surviving B16F10 melanoma cells from malignant to senescent.
