Satake diagrams and Iwasawa decomposition of twisted Kac–Moody algebras

Abstract

The involutive automorphism of twisted Kac-Moody algebras of A 2(2) and D 4 (3) are computed from the Satake diagrams of these algebras, which are then used to furnish a general procedure of their Iwasawa decomposition.
