SAT-285 DIABETES AND HIGHER HbA1c LEVELS ARE INDEPENDENTLY ASSOCIATED WITH ADVERSE RENAL OUTCOMES OVERTIME IN INPATIENTS WITH MULTIPLE HOSPITAL ADMISSIONS

Abstract: between vitamin D levels <10 ng/dl and occurrence of PTDM (p<0.001). Conclusions: In order to prevent PTDM, identification of modifiable risk factors at the time of transplantation may be useful to develop primary preventive therapeutic strategies for high-risk patients. To conclude, in this single centre observational study, we identified vitamin D deficiency at the time of transplantation as an independent risk factor of PTDM.
