SARS CoV-2 Vaccination Autoimmunity, Antibody Dependent Covid-19 Enhancement and Other Potential Risks: Beneath the Tip of the Iceberg

Abstract: Nucleic acid based-mRNA based and adenovirus vectored-vaccines, were first ever or first commercially ever approved for the public, respectively. However, these newly emergency approved types possess a potential risk to induce auto-immune diseases e.g., thrombocytopenia, myocarditis and immune induced thrombosis and thromboembolism that might be fatal and could reason for some of the post vaccination sudden death reports. Moreover, all SARS CoV-2 types of vaccines, depending on the spike protein immunogenicity… Show more

“…Importantly, we argue that though SARS CoV-2, due to its proofreading exoribonuclease participating in genome error correction, has less mutation error rates than influenza A and B viruses, 7 it has evolved and is still evolving much faster in terms of transmissibility and immune evasion, and the causes might include the first ever global mass vaccination, 6 , 8 the wide use of mutagenic drugs as molnupiravir and favipiravir, 9 as well as the added adaptive evolutionary pressure caused by the protease inhibitor nirmatrelvir boosted by ritonavir. 10…”

“…Long-term risks of vaccination as predicted by scientists, many already validated by scientists and doctors: Vaccine-induced autoimmunity, pathogenic priming, multisystem inflammatory disease and autoimmunity, antibody dependent enhancement (ADE), activation of latent viral infections, neurodegeneration and prion disease, increased thrombosis, cardiomyopathy and other vascular events following vaccination, babies suffering enduring adverse consequences, mRNA reverse transcribing intracellularly into the DNA and death due to autoimmune disease long after vaccination [78][79][80][81][82][83][84].…”

“…Kelleni [78] reports on the potential risk of the vaccine to induce auto-immune diseases such as thrombocytopenia, myocarditis and immune induced thrombosis and thromboembolism which can have fatal outcomes and might be behind some of the post vaccination reports on sudden deaths.…”

“…We were fortunate as we initially had no access to the newly introduced “experimental” nucleic acid based (mRNA and adenovector-ed) vaccines and other expensive “experimental” drugs such as remdesivir, molnupiravir, Paxlovid and numerous monoclonal antibodies[ 10 - 12 ]. These drugs were very rapidly approved and distributed first in Western and wealthy countries despite scientific concerns about their outbalanced risk-benefit ratio[ 11 ], their evolutionary pressure leading to more virulent SARS-CoV-2 variants[ 3 ], biased approval standards[ 9 , 13 ], and even delayed carcinogenicity risk[ 11 , 14 , 15 ].…”
