Sarcopenia in Elderly Major Trauma; A Single Centre Retrospective Analysis of Psoas and Masseter Muscle Groups

Abstract: Background: There is an emerging role for the radiological evaluation of the psoas muscle as a marker of sarcopenia, and as a prognostic discriminant in elderly patients with traumatic injuries.
