Abstract: Synovial sarcomas are uncommon malignant mesenchymal tumors occurring mainly near the joints of the extremities of young adults. Synovial sarcomas are exceedingly rare neoplasms of the digestive tract. We report the first diagnosed case of esophageal synovial sarcoma, highlighting its diagnostic features surgical management and follow-up.
