Sarcoma of the prostate

Abstract: The experience at the University of Iowa Hospitals with 12 patients having sarcoma of the prostate is described. Although the total number of patients is small, two distinct groups can be identified. The infants, children, and young adults presenting with this malignancy had a very poor survival regardless of the therapy administered.
