The issue related to passenger age requirement on airplanes has emerged as a significant concern. There have been numerous instances of young passengers boarding incorrect flights, highlighting the critical need for attention. Additionally, the potential risk of aircraft accidents poses a grave danger to children onboard. The criteria and regulations surrounding minimum passenger age requirements vary widely. This study focuses on the necessity of establishing a minimum age for airline passengers and the criteria for determining passenger age in alignment with legal standards. This normative juridical research reviewed and analyzed the regulations concerning minimum age requirements and age policies adopted by airline companies. The result showed that minimum age requirement for passenger differs across various legal systems and policies implemented by countries and airlines.

The relationship between producer and consumer is not limited to buying and selling transactions only. But the producer is responsible until the product usage by the consumer. The producer sells a variety of products. It might be anything from simple items to ones that risk the lives of consumers. The producer is responsible for the effects that will raise from consumption of the product. The purpose of this study is to examine the medical/medicine producer's responsibility for the impacts on consumer poisoning. The study used normative juridical research methods. The conclusion of the study is the producer must bear responsibility for contaminating manufactured medicines. The producer accountability is in the form of compensate the consumer. These things have been managed in the Consumer Protection Act. If the producer received contaminated raw materials from the suppliers, so the producer can send these raw materials back to the supplier. A fraud penalty may be imposed on the supplier if they mix or provide the incorrect kind of raw material that doesn't fit the order. However, the producer still got to send these raw materials back.

Considering the objection to Decision Number 17/KPPU-I/2018 at the Bulukumba District Court which was carried out by business actors to declare null and void or at least cancel the decision Number 17/KPPU-I/2018 in its entirety, it is important to do research to find out the judge's consideration of the tender conspiracy case. Through normative legal research, it resulted that the judgments of the panel of judges in examining and deciding the case Decision Number 29/Pdt.Sus-KPPU/2019/Pn Blk essentially strengthens and takes over all considerations of the ICC Commission Council Decision, however, the panel of judges then decided to reduce the fine from IDR 586,903,909 to IDR 800 million with the judgment that the sanctions imposed by the Respondent against the objected Petitioner have not fulfilled a sense of justice because it was considered too big/unequal compared to the level of the Petitioner's mistake, therefore it is necessary to give the Petitioner sanctions that are more corrective, preventive and educative.
