Sanitation and Hygiene Implementation Training to Minimize The Spread of Covid 19 in Family and Consumer Science Students

Abstract: During the COVID-19 pandemic, activities to maintain personal hygiene, and environmental hygiene, including hand washing, reduce cross-contamination but are challenging to measure. Using the principles of self-awareness theory, we developed and tested a new instrument that produces a quantitative measure of personal hygiene.
