Salvage of Chronic Therapy‐Resistant Bilateral Charcot Foot Osteoarthropathy with Signs of Osteomyelitis

Abstract: Charcot arthropathy is an insidious condition affecting the lower limbs of diabetic patients. It is a complication of diabetic neuropathy resulting from subsequent Wallerian degeneration of the nerves.
