Salmonella Enteritidis predominance determined by serotyping andreal-time PCR in poultry-derived food and avian isolates

Abstract: This study aimed to determine Salmonella enterica subspecies enterica serovar Enteritidis (SE) presence by conventional serotyping and SE-specific real-time PCR (SE-rPCR) in poultry-derived food and avian isolates in our laboratory Salmonella spp. collection.
