Salivary Cortisol Determination: Adaptation of a Commercial Serum Cortisol Kit

Abstract: overcome these disadvantages we have modified an existing commercial serum cortisol kit to achieve the sensitivity necessary to enable the direct radioimmunoassay of salivary cortisol at reasonable cost.
