Treze espécies de Oligochaeta terrestres brasileiros são estudadas. Duas espécies novas são descritas. Kerriona limae, sp. n. distingue-se das outras duas espécies do gênero pelas relações entre as cerdas e pelas marcas genitais. Rhino- drilus hoeflingae, sp. n. pertence ao grupo formado por R. garbei, R. bursiferus e R. motucu, separando-se principalmente pela disposição irregular das cerdas na região posterior do corpo e pela extensão do clitelo.
