Abstract:Background: Sinogram Affirmed Iterative Reconstruction (SAFIRE) is an Iterative Reconstruction algorithm that combines IR techniques that utilize raw data and image data iterations as parameters that underlie noise regularization in images in the reconstruction process to improve image quality.
