Safety of duodenal ampullectomy for benign periampullary tumors

Abstract: Backgrounds/AimsSurgical resection, such as pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD), is used for treatment of benign periampullary tumors, but high morbidity and mortality resulting from PD can be a huddle.
