Abstract: OBJECTIVE With the evolution of neuroendovascular treatments, there is a great trend to treat acutely ruptured wide-necked aneurysms with stent-assisted coiling (SAC) and flow diverters (FDs), which inevitably requires dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT).
