Para uma mesma quantidade de crimes, utilizando uma visualização da dispersão em um mapa, foram identificados os parâmetros ε, 500 metros e υ, 3 vizinhos. Os mesmos valores foram encontrados por [Keler and Mazimpaka 2016] para um algoritmo similar ao DBScan, chamado OPTICS.
