Safety Assessment of Pharmaceutical Distribution in a Hospital Environment

Abstract: Many of the catastrophic errors in health care are related to inadequate procedures. Robust preventative actions are therefore required to minimize the risks inherent to the prescribing, dispensing and administration of medicines.
