Safety and efficacy of left colic artery preservation in laparoscopic anterior resection for lower rectal cancer

Abstract: Background: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of left colic artery (LCA) preservation in laparoscopic anterior resection with D3 lymphadenectomy for lower rectal cancer.
