“…Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that network pharmacology is an attractive tool to predict the interactions between multiple components and multiple targets in the botanical drugs ( Li and Zhang, 2013 ). In recent years, many researchers have successfully applied network pharmacology to discover the molecular mechanisms ( Ma et al, 2019 ; Liu et al, 2020 ). Nonetheless, network pharmacology is limited by the integrity and reliability of the public databases ( Zhou et al, 2020 ).…”

“…After 1 week of adaptation, 24 rats were randomly divided into four groups according to body weight: the control group (C), the model group (M), the control administration group (C‐HQJZ) and the model administration group (M‐HQJZ) ( n = 6). Among them, the C and C‐HQJZ groups fed and drank freely during the experiment, and the M and M‐HQJZ groups were used to replicate the chronic atrophic gastritis model (Liu, Li, & Qin, 2020). The model was carried out according to the following replication cycle lasting for 8 weeks: 0.1% ammonia and 20 mmol/l sodium deoxycholate solution were freely drunk on alternate days; the simulation of hunger and satiety disorder was 2 days for free diet and a day of fasting, repeated.…”

“…Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS) has been widely used for tissue or cell metabolomic analysis. However, its application in subcellular metabolomics is challenging. First, the subcellular sample amount is limited. , A substantial amount of cells or tissues are typically required to obtain sufficient quantities of organelles that can meet the requirements for LC-MS analysis.…”
