Because of its binding to multiple receptors, dextromethorphan can induce varied symptoms, including euphoria, dissociation, slurred speech, ataxia, nystagmus, and psychosis when used above recommended doses 1,3 . Noteworthy, Mr J did not exhibit any psychotic or mood symptoms.…”
