Abstract: Figure 1. a & b. Some lipogranulomas are shown in portal tracts (left). In addition, hepatocyte focal necrosis evidenced by hepatocyte dropout and replaced with mononuclear cells and macrophages mixed with lipogranulomas are identified in the lobule (right).
