S-Phase induced RNAs control ORC1 engagement to H2A.Z and firing of early DNA replication origins

Abstract: The mechanistic events leading to alterations of DNA replication in normal and diseased cells remain unknown. The present study uncovers the role of a new class of non-coding RNAs induced in early S-phase, able to activate and repress replication origins formation.
