Desenvolver uma tese de doutorado é sempre uma tarefa desafiadora. Frustrações com o inesperado, e até depressão, podem ocorrer, pois estamos estudando uma parte relativamente desconhecida da ciência, o que é sempre um mistério. E quando olho para os quatro anos passados, encontro muitas pessoas a quem sou muito grato pelo incentivo e suporte nos momentos bons e nos mais difíceis. Gostaria de agradecer ao Professor Dr. Carlos Kenichi Suzuki, orientador deste trabalho, pelo apoio, paciência, carinho, dedicação, pelo incentivo ao longo desses quatro anos, e sobretudo por ter acreditado e aceitado este desafio.
