These outward currents were previously identified as I K(DR) [Brown and Higashida, 1988;Wu et al, 2001]. Within 1 min of exposing the cells to carvedilol (10 mM), the amplitude of I K(DR) measured at the end of 300-msec depolarizing pulses was significantly reduced at potentials ranging from 0 to +80 mV.…”
