<p><span>Due to the large number of legal cases, the processing of them by the courts is generally very slow. Among these cases, we find accidents cases, which require a great speed of judgment to compensate the victims of those accidents. To this end, we thought of exploiting the possibilities offered by machine learning in order to simulate the work of judges and contribute to speeding up the time of decision. Further, we applied different machine learning algorithms, such as linear regression, decision trees, and random forests. According to the results achieved, the Random Forest is the most perfect model for with the utmost accuracy about 91.05%</span></p>

Integration of computing systems and methods in legal activity allows to extract benefits such as resource saving, increase objectivity, completeness and accuracy of intellectual results. Understanding of the main scientific achievements and trends at the intersection of computer and legal sciences focuses on promising scientific and technological areas of informatization of law. This review systematizes the most important achievements at the intersection of legal and computer sciences, covering foreign and domestic scientific publications for 1949-2020. Researches of computer methods and systems initiated by American jurimetrics were aimed at storing, indexing, abstracting and searching for legal texts and led to the creation of legal information retrieval systems. Domestic legal cybernetics became a pioneer in the field of automation of criminalistics expert examination. Computer modeling of legal reasoning developed on the techniques of artificial intelligence, later it shifted to the field of legal dialogue and conflict of legal arguments, but in recent years it transforms the acquired experience on the basis of modern computer models, patterns and architectures. The popularization of decision-making support systems has provided multi-tasking systems, including information retrieval, legal reasoning, analytics, predictions and control. The latest research segments are focused on the application of machine learning and big data processing. Almost all successful methodological solutions retain their significance, continuing to be applied directly or as the basis for the further development of computational methods and information systems in legal activity.

Muffler is a facility to dispose of exhaust gases that result from combustion in a motorcycle engine when the engine is started. Motorcycle riders often replace the standard muffler with a harder or racing muffler. Basically, muffler modification is considered a violation of the law. Based on the description above, the formulation of the problem that will be discussed in this research is how to implement regulations regarding the use of motor racing exhausts on public roads?, And how the actions taken by the Magelang city police resort in dealing with the use of mufflers racing? The results of research and discussion indicate that law enforcement in the case of the use of motorcycle racing mufflers is included in law enforcement in the field of traffic. Law enforcement in the field of traffic can be grouped into preventive and repressive law enforcement. The conclusion drawn from this study is that the implementation of regulations regarding the use of motorbikes with racing mufflers on public roads has been carried out in accordance with the law. The action taken by Police is to carry out traffic and seizure actions taking into account the effects of pollution on the use of mufflers racing which not only damage human health but also damage the environment.
