Abstract: BackgroundAs a second-generation broad-spectrum tyrosine kinase inhibitor, Dasatinib has the antitumor effect of inhibiting tyrosine kinases such as BCR-ABL and SRC. It is mainly used to treat chronic and acute patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia.
