RPL13A as a reference gene for normalizing mRNA transcription of ovarian cancer cells with paclitaxel and 10-hydroxycamptothecin treatments

Abstract: Gene transcription analysis is important in cancer research, and reverse transcription‑quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT‑qPCR) has been demonstrated to be an effective method to evaluate gene transcription in cancer.
