Relevance. The work is devoted to the study of the main criteria for the quality of medical dental care, allowing to assess the satisfaction of the population with medical care, as well as the definition of concepts and principles of quality, comfort safety in the provision of medical dental care, collection and synthesis of statistical data in terms of the provision of medical services to the population and systematization of information on clinical cases in order to promote the modern concept of medical care, based on the continuity of the medical process, ensuring satisfaction of the ever-increasing need of the population in obtaining dental care. According to literary sources, despite the modern equipment and improvement of medical services, satisfaction with the provision of medical dental care does not exceed 40% among the population. The goal is to analyze regulatory documents, domestic and foreign literature, for issues of the quality of medical dental services and the basic principles necessary to reduce defects and increase patient satisfaction. Methodology. Analysis of publications using scientific search library databases: PubMed, Central, Google, Medline, Elibrary. The selection of materials was carried out by keywords. Results. The main characteristics of determining the quality of medical dental care are: availability, timeliness of provision, safety of medical care, clinical and economic efficiency, patient orientation, continuity, these principles allow you to meet the expectations of both the doctor and the patient. To achieve positive dynamics in the treatment of diseases, it is recommended to apply evidence-based medicine and adhere to approved national clinical guidelines. Conclusions. The availability of dental care directly affects the dental health of the population, which is one of the priority areas of modern health care.

The high prevalence of congenital anomalies, purulent-inflammatory, diseases and injuries and neoplasms of the maxillofacial region, dental diseases and their complications among the adult and child population leads to the need to improve the system of medical care. The pur-pose of the work is to conduct an interim analysis of the provision of specialized medical care by the Center for Maxillofacial Surgery of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Penza Regional Clinical Hospital. N. N. Burdenko (GBUZ Design Bureau named after N. N. Burdenko) after the introduction of a systematic approach into the organization of work. The study was carried out on the basis of the GBUZ POKB named after A.I. N. N. Burdenko. The authors conducted a search and analysis of legal documents in electronic databases on the routing of patients with diseases of the maxillofacial region in the Penza region. As an empir-ical model for a comparative quantitative analysis, we considered, in the available access, regulatory and legal information on the profile "Maxillofacial Surgery", Moscow. The study used methods of organizational, methodological and statistical analysis. Interim analysis of the provision of specialized medical care by the Center for Maxillofacial Surgery of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Regional Clinical Hospital named after. N. N. Bur-denko, after introducing a systematic approach into the organization of work, showed a posi-tive result. The application of a systematic approach proves the importance and effectiveness of the use of various organizational technologies, modern treatment tactics at each stage of the patient's path to recovery: pre-hospital, preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative and post-hospital. This approach made it possible to approve the list and validity of the results of the survey, reduce the financial costs of drug provision; improve the relationship between pa-tient and doctor; reduce the waiting time for specialized medical care in the field of "Maxillo-facial Surgery" and the duration of treatment, rehabilitation.

Retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of adult patients with trauma and posttraumatic deformities of the middle zone of the facial skeleton

The issues of diagnosis, planning, timing and tactics of surgical treatment, possible risks of postoperative complications in patients with trauma of the middle zone of the facial skeleton have remained relevant for many years. Due to the prevalence and complexity of solving a number of problems facing specialists arising from post-traumatic deformities (PTD) in this area, the problem of treating this category of patients is not only medical, but also socio-economic. Purpose. To carry out a retrospective analysis of the data of medical documentation of adult patients with trauma and PTD of the middle zone of the facial skeleton. Material and methods. We analyzed statistical data on the provision of specialized medical care to patients with trauma and PTD of the middle zone of the facial skeleton in institutions subordinate to the Moscow Department of Health for 2021 and 2022. A sample of 32 495 medical records of patients who were hospitalized at the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Department of Healthcare of the Moscow “Maxillofacial Hospital for War Veterans” was conducted from March 2015 to December 2023. Statistical processing of the obtained data from the study group of patients was carried out. Results. Information is presented on the specialized care provided to adult patients with trauma and PTD of the middle zone of the facial skeleton in institutions subordinate to the Moscow Department of Health for 2021 and 2022. Our study included 233 patients with trauma and PTD of the midfacial skeleton who underwent surgical treatment. Of these, 84.12% (n=196) were men and 15.88% (n=37) women. The average age of the patients was 35.74±11.11 years. The study group was divided into two subgroups: the 1st – patients with injuries to the bones of the midface (n=157, 67.38%), the 2nd – with PTD of the bones of the midface (n=76, 32.62%). The article presents the main characteristics of these patients. The methods of their examination at the prehospital stage are analyzed in detail; the time from the moment of injury to the moment of seeking specialized medical care; channels of hospitalization; causes of injuries; aesthetic and functional disorders as a result of injuries; types of injuries; applied methods and tactics of surgical treatment. Conclusions. The results of the study present a modern characterization of adult patients with trauma and PD of the middle zone of the facial skeleton. Recommendations are given on the use of four main fixation points during operations of metallosteosynthesis of the bones of the zygomatic complex, the need to reduce the time from the moment of injury to the moment of specialized medical care, the need for an integrated approach and treatment of patients with injuries and PTD of the bones of the middle zone of the face in specialized centers of maxillofacial-facial surgery.
