Rotavirus A Genome Segments Show Distinct Segregation and Codon Usage Patterns

Abstract: Reassortment of the Rotavirus A (RVA) 11-segment dsRNA genome may generate new genome constellations that allow RVA to expand its host range or evade immune responses.
