Rosiglitazone attenuates suppression of RXRα-dependent gene expression in inflamed liver

Abstract: Background/Aims-A recently-determined target of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and cytokine signaling in liver is the central Type II nuclear receptor (NR) heterodimer partner, Retinoid X receptor α (RXRα).
