Abstract:Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory disease affecting the cheeks, chin, nose, forehead and frequently the eyes. Recent advances have emphasised the roles of the innate and adaptive immune systems and neurovascular dysregulation underlying the spectrum of clinical features of rosacea.
