Abstract:The nonviral delivery systems that combine genes with photosensitizers for multimodal tumor gene/photodynamic therapy (PDT) have attracted much attention. In this study, a series of ROS-sensitive cationic bola-lipids were applied for the gene/ photosensitizer codelivery.
