Roles of GFAT and PFK genes in energy metabolism of brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens

Abstract: Glutamine:fructose-6-phosphate aminotransferases (GFATs) and phosphofructokinase (PFKs) are the principal rate-limiting enzymes involved in hexosamine biosynthesis pathway (HBP) and glycolysis pathway, respectively.
