Role of Ultrasonographic Examination of the Knee in Evaluation of Meniscal Injury in Correlation with Magnetic Resonance Imaging

Abstract: Background: meniscal tear is one of the most common injuries of knee joint. MRI is considered to be 1st choice to diagnose meniscal tear. The question of the study is, if we can use U/S as screening tool for meniscal injuries before MRI.
