Role of Text Mining to Enhance the Quality of Product Using an Unsupervised Machine Learning Approach

Abstract

A product can be well-defined as an item that is prepared for sale. When any organization is offering any item for sale, then it is called product. A product may be a service provided by any organization. Each product has their cost and sold on a price. Price of any product is determining on the basis of quality of product. Quality of product refers that what number of features are incorporated in the product those are fulfilling the requirements of the customer and how it will be modified so it meets to customer’s expectations. This paper specifies the role of text mining to extract different parameters of product available on different sources in unstructured form and present machine learning technique for enhancing the product quality.
