Abstract:Present enquiry thoroughly explores the time‐average population transfer rate (TAPTR) of impurity doped GaAs quantum dot (QD) pursuing the change in the spatial impurity spread (SIS). The said excitation rate has been studied under the supervision of Gaussian white noise (GWN).
