Abstract:Background Coronavirus disease 2019, caused by SARS-COVID-19 has emerged as a pandemic. It usually causes severe respiratory disease. Characteristically it undergoes genetic variability and newer strains emerge as a result of genetic mutations or environmental factors. It makes it difficult to be treated.
